The client requested a safety and security upgrade where the lighting and CCTV around the Village would be upgraded to meet current industry standards.

The Eureka Creek Village (ECV) is an accommodation facility capable of housing some 1200 people in predominantly single occupant rooms, with ensuites.  There are additional service facilities typical of this style of accommodation; kitchen/messing, laundries, gymnasium, car parks and administrative offices.

NRG were engaged to carry out all works associated with the installation, including removal of existing fittings, assembly, cabling, terminations, testing and commissioning. The pathway lighting and CCTV cameras were placed in critical locations to provide sufficient coverage of the facility and to ensure the safety of camp patrons.  In consultation with ECV management, works were scheduled to minimise the disruption to residents and shift personnel sleeping during daytime working hours.
