HSE documentation is prepared and training and awareness is provided to all employees in relation to safety aspects associated with the worksite and the tasks to be performed.  We promote a positive safety culture through leadership, communication and consultation with all stake holders.  Our workforce shares our commitment to Zero Harm by complying with safe work practices and positive safety behaviours.

NRG’s Quality Management System describes the process for delivering each stage of our business and services. Procedures are in place for project control including estimation, planning, delivery, cost control, progress measurement and close out.
